Returns & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After requesting your return, you have an additional 14 days to ship the package back to us.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
• It must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• It must have all original tags, including security tags, still attached.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return
1. Contact our customer care team at Cevaliashop@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your preferred shipping carrier.
⚠️ Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds & Processing
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.
• If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
• The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need a different size or color of an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] with photos of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
